    Entrees can be made Gluten-Friendly (it’s a shared deep fryer for the breaded chicken dishes) (we use GF Tamari for sauces when requested for the entrees), hearty portions, delicious. Due to the small space our food truck will not offer every item, every time.

Hana Bistro serves delicious Chinese and other Asian dishes made with the freshest ingredients.  Got food allergies or preferences?  We understand and happily accommodate as our sauces and entrees are made by scratch.  Even 95% of our Chinese entrees can be made gluten-friendly (and taste amazing)! In the small space of the food truck we only have one fryer, so it is a shared fryer (there can be allergen cross-contamination in the shared fryer). We also offer several, delicious vegetarian and vegan options!

SW MINNEAPOLIS 

We love being in SW Minneapolis with our food truck — back in the neighborhood that we started (at 50th and France with our brick and mortar). We are done for the season in SW Minneapolis in 2023. We will continue to work during the winter at local breweries like Bauhaus in Northeast, Luce Line in Plymouth, and Utepils in Minneapolis.
